2017 Results

In 2017, the third running of the Stigma Breakers Trail Races, Defeat the Stigma is still sponsoring the event, but this year the race proceeds will be donated to a local charitable organization that assists those who struggle with mental health and help with defeating the stigma.

We are proud to announce that organization is
Guild Incorporated!

Their mission is to help people with mental illness lead quality lives by providing integrated treatment and services.

They
fulfill their mission when individuals they serve:

  • live in safe, affordable housing and homelessness is prevented.
  • maintain their optimum physical and mental health.
  • find employment or pursue education.
  • have recreation and socializing opportunities.
  • report a sense of satisfaction with their lives.

Congratulations to all the 2017 participants! Thank you to all the volunteers; you helped us put on an excellent event! Thank you to everyone for supporting us, Guild Incorporated and Defeat the Stigma Project!

We are pleased to announce the past three years over $1,850 has been raised for Defeat the Stigma Project and Guild Incorporated.
